How often and where ?
Usually counselling sessions are at the same time each week. Sessions last 50 minutes and take place take place on-line.
How much does it cost ?
Sessions are £50 (a limited number of reduced cost sessions may sometimes be available to those who are on low income) EAP work and EMDR £60
How long will it take ?
This depends on you, the work we do, and the problem. Deep-rooted problems may require weekly sessions for many months, while some other problems can be addressed much more quickly. My minimum contract period for counselling is 8 sessions.
